Carter Estate Winery and Resort is surrounded by vineyards. It features 42 Mediterranean-inspired Bungalow Suites. The Vineyard Rose Restaurant welcomes guests for weekend brunch, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Vineyard Grill is a poolside eatery that can accommodate up to 30 people. The Estate Arbor accommodates up to 150 guests and offers views of the vineyard and the valley. Guests have access to a resort pool and hot tub. Wine tasting is available along with wine by the glass or bottle purchases. The hotel offers sustainable vineyard practices, focusing on soil, water, pest, and disease management.
